The Runtriz platform contains a feature-rich Content Management System (CMS) that allows you to make real-time updates to the application content, images, links, and more. To get started with the CMS click here.

Requests

All guest requests are routed to the Request Management System (RMS). This allows you to fully manage the request queue and quickly respond to guests. To see more information about using the RMS click here.

Analytics

For detailed information on how users are interacting with your application, go to the Analytics section of the Admin Portal. You'll find a wealth of information including top users, top requests, and devices accessing the app. Click here for more information.

If you are currently having an issue with your application, please submit a support form from your instance Admin Portal. Click on the top right and go to Support.

Please make sure to work with your local IT department to ensure that you have access to the internet and that your computer has the proper permissions.
